18+years in the freelance makeup artistry/hair styling industry aimed at addressing the makeup  and hair needs of actors, entertainers, models, and individuals, ranging from beauty, fashion, and theatrical makeup and hair. Built a large, diverse, loyal client base through effective social media marketing and exceptional service.

  • Collaborate with photographers, models, designers, artists, entertainers, actors, and theatrical performers to create stunning looks displayed on television, video, and during in-person performances.

  • Complete client consultations, performing skin analysis, asking about allergies, and specifically identifying the clients’ needs in order to provide the highest quality of bridal makeup artistry and bridal hair styling.

  • Remain consistently aware of the diverse needs of clients with different racial ethnicities, facial structures, and cultural sensitivities.

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the makeup area and tools, adhering to sanitation standards to prevent infections and client discomfort.

  • Train and mentor junior makeup artists in advanced techniques, such as color theory and facial anatomy.

  • Support photographers and stylists in achieving cohesive and innovative visual aesthetics for editorial work.

  • Analyze patrons' hair and other physical features to determine and recommend beauty treatment or suggest makeup and hair styles complimentary to client’s physical features.

  • Engage in curling, flat ironing,  and other styling as necessary to achieve clients desired look.

  • Schedule client appointments and utilize appropriate time management abilities to ensure customer satisfaction; maintain customer information records, such as beauty services provided.

  • Create special effects such as lacerations, burns, wounds, and scars. 

  • Cut, trim and shape hair or hairpieces, based on clients' instructions, hair type and facial features, using clippers, scissors, trimmers and razors.

  • Remain aware of new styles and techniques when applying makeup to enhance, and/or alter the appearance of clients; select desired makeup shades from stock or mix coloring in order to achieve specific color effects.

  • Cleanse and tone the skin in order to prepare it for makeup application.

  • Assess skin-type in order to ensure that make-up will not cause skin irritations.
